The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of two (2) gas fired boilers with boilers of an equal or greater capacity, replacement of the hot water distribution pumps, domestic hot water heaters and associated circulation pumps, air separator, expansion tank and new breaching. Work includes all piping modifications, exhaust and intake vents associated to accommodate the new equipment and specialties, as well as new lighting with lighting controls and fire alarm modifications.
