The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to the complete renovation of the Men’s and Women’s Faculty Restrooms and the Boy’s and Girl’s Student Restrooms on the first floor of Manito ES. The restrooms will be fully renovated to include new finishes on the walls, floors, and ceilings, along with new doors, lighting, fixtures, partitions, and accessories. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
