The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to:
10556 Locker Room Conversion to SGI Rooms at Manito Elementary School: The conversion of two locker rooms into two Small Group Instruction Rooms. All Floor, ceiling, & wall finishes will be removed and replaced with new. Existing shower equipment will be removed and associated piping will be capped. Existing multi-fixture restrooms will be fully renovated to include new finishes on the walls, floors, and ceilings, along with new doors, lighting, fixtures, partitions, and accessories. A restroom conversion to a new SGI and a roof placement are included as additional alternates.
10558 Storage Room Conversion to SGI Room at Heights Elementary School: The conversion of a storage room into two (2) Small Group Instruction Rooms. New heat-pump cassette units with fresh air ventilation and cooling will be installed. Floor, ceiling, & wall finishes will be removed and replaced with
new, including VAT floor abatement.
Bidding Requirements:
Bids will be accepted from a single general contractor for a lump sum bid
