The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing 30Kw generator adjacent to the Gymnasium and replacement with a new pad-mounted 200Kw natural gas backup generator. The new generator will tie into the existing emergency circuits and serve the unit ventilators and Gymnasium & Auditorium AHUs & lights. The contract documents define the full project scope.
Bidding Requirements:
