The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, stormwater management, sitework, site improvements, & concrete sidewalks as required for the installation of two new temporary classroom units (TCUs) at Mount Olive Middle School to house 4 classrooms with restrooms. The BOE will procure the TCUs separately; these 28’ x 64’ TCUs will arrive prefabricated with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
systems already installed. Student access will be provided separately by the BOE through a buildingmounted awning, a free-standing platform canopy deck, and new stairs and ramp systems. Contractor will be responsible for coordination with BOE. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
