The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the interior renovation of four (4) classrooms, administrative offices, the nurse suite, and associated corridors; the complete gut renovation of two (2) existing multi-fixture restrooms; and the construction of one (1) new ADA-compliant, gender-neutral staff restroom. Mechanical work includes the HVAC upgrade of 4 existing unit ventilators to vertical units that will provide heating and cooling. Site work includes sidewalk replacement, installation of new fencing, and parking lot paving and restriping.
