The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing grandstand and pressbox within the same footprint on a new concrete pad with associated upgrades to the power, utility and communication systems. Associated site improvements for assimilation of new grandstand and pressbox onto existing site to provide ADA accessibility to the new building.
