The scope of this project includes the full gut renovation and abatement of existing kitchen & multipurpose room to include, but is not limited to, new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes and lighting throughout. New interior doors, new kitchen equipment, new backstops, new wall mats, new stage façade, new stage lighting, new A/V system, new chairlift enclosure, new backstage stairs.
