Select Interior Improvements include but are not limited to:

At the Elementary School: Renovations to the Security Vestibule, Art Room, Maker Space, STEM Lab, Visual Performing Arts Room, Classroom 213 & 213A, Media Center, Multipurpose Room, Board Office, Child Study Team. Flooring replacement throughout the

corridors and Nurse’s Suite. Fire Doors and ADA access upgrades throughout the school, and a Partial Sewer Line Replacement.

At the Middle School: Renovations to the Technology Room, Science Labs, Art Room, Media Center, Music Room, Faculty Room, Main Office Suite, and Health and Wellness Center. Flooring replacement in select classrooms and Kitchen. ADA Access upgrades throughout the building. 

Select Exterior Improvements include but are not limited to:

At the Elementary School/Middle School: Repair/replacement/expansion of various sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, landings, playing courts, walkways, storm water management systems and utility protection.

Select HVAC Improvements include but are not limited to:

At the Elementary School: Replacement of HVAC ductwork insulation on Roofs C, J and L, and the replacement of mechanical equipment & ductwork on Roof G and J.

At the Middle School: Replacement of mechanical equipment and duct insulation on Roofs G, H, and I.
