The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, installation of a fully reinforced, moisture triggered, polyurethane fluid-applied roof restoration system over the existing roofing system at Hamburg School. Existing insulation removal and infill at select locations, lowering of roof drains for optimal drainage, installation of new flashing at identified locations, reinstallation of existing metal edge, new coping systems, repair of roof membrane as required by manufacturer. New twenty-five (25) year roof restoration system warranty to be provided, irrespective of existing roof membrane condition. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
