The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, upgrading the existing Montclair High School Varsity Baseball Field at the Aubrey Lewis Sports Complex. The existing baseball field is to be re-oriented, and the natural turf is to be converted to a new artificial turf system. Work includes new bleachers, bullpens, batting cages, long and triple jump areas and other site improvements. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
