The scope of this project includes building wide upgrades for installation of new HVAC systems including:
1. Heat, ventilation, air conditioning, exhaust, ductwork and piping.
2. New equipment includes, but it not limited to Classroom Unit Ventilators, Air Handlers,
Packaged Heating and Cooling Systems, and Split Systems.
3. Replacement of two (2) existing boilers, associated pumps and other components with a new
multi boiler plant.
4. The removal and replacement of the existing main building electrical switch gear.
Bidding Requirements:
Bids will be accepted from a single general contractor for a lump sum bid
