The scope of this project includes building wide upgrades for the installation of new HVAC systems including:
1. Heat, ventilation, air conditioning, exhaust, ductwork and piping.
2. New equipment includes, but it not limited to Classroom Unit Ventilators, Air Handlers, Packaged Heating and Cooling Systems, and Split Systems.
3. The removal and replacement of the existing main building electrical switch gear.
4. Site improvements for new on-grade equipment.
Bidding Requirements:
Bids will be accepted from a single general contractor for a lump sum bid
