Interior renovations and technology upgrades to existing classrooms. Work includes new wall finishes, floor finishes, millwork, suspended acoustic ceiling and lighting fixtures.

Interior renovations and equipment upgrades to the existing multipurpose space. Work includes replacement of equipment that is beyond its useful life, refinishing the existing stage floor, new rubber multi-purpose gym floor system, new basketball backboards and replacement of existing room divider.

Building electrical service upgrades and classroom mechanical upgrades. Work to include new transformer and electrical panels, installation of a new high efficiency HVAC systems that includes classroom unit ventilators, air handlers, packaged heating and cooling systems, and(or) split systems.

Repairs of existing roof drains and gutters that are tied into the stormwater management system..
