The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, …
1. The removal and replacement of Unit Ventilators and Air Handlers in classrooms and replacement of gym RTU.
2. The removal and replacement of the existing main building electrical switch gear.
3. The removal of the existing outdated public address system.
4. The replacement of the existing gym wood floor with new floor system and installation.
5. Renovation of room 115 with new paint, floor finishes, ceiling and light fixtures.
6. Renovations of the existing science rooms with new paint, floor finishes, millwork and work surfaces, ceiling and light fixtures, and electrical and plumbing.
7. Renovations of the existing art rooms with new paint, floor finishes, millwork and work surfaces, ceiling and light fixtures, and electrical and plumbing.
8. Renovations of the existing music, chorus and practice rooms with new paint, floor finishes, ceiling and light fixtures, acoustical padding, and new HVAC ductwork.
9. Renovations to the second floor commons classrooms with new wall paint, floor finishes, ceiling and light fixtures.
10. Remaining classroom renovations to receive new paint, floor finishes, ceiling and lighting fixtures.
