The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the interior renovation of the existing auditorium. Work to include the replacement of HVAC systems and existing equipment, new wall finishes / acoustics, floor finishes, ceiling finishes / acoustics, fixed seating, stage lighting and rigging, stage curtains and audio/sound system. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
