The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
1. The full replacement of the existing building-wide HVAC systems that include heat, ventilation, air conditioning, exhaust, ductwork and piping. New equipment includes, but it is not limited to Classroom Unit Ventilators, Air Handlers, Packaged Heating and Cooling Systems, and(or) Split Systems.
2. The replacement of two (2) existing boilers, associated pumps and other components with a new multi boiler plant.
3. The removal and replacement of the existing main building electrical switch gear.
