The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, HVAC upgrades consisting of the replacement of unit ventilators (UV) integrated with a central chiller system for air-conditioning with new controls and replacement of associated vented cabinets / shelving. The existing electrical system will be upgraded to conform with the new load requirements for the new HVAC equipment.
