The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of steam-based unit ventilators with new UVs equipped with air conditioning through a roof top-mounted condensing units; installation of a new packaged RTU and related duct work for the Gym; and upgrades to the existing electrical service. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
