The Scope of Work for this project at the Rahway 7th & 8th Academy includes, but is not limited to, select building improvements of the gymnasium including athletic floor replacement, installation of new electrical bleachers and an electrically controlled dividing curtain. Base bid includes the installation of new lighting fixtures, cleaning of existing ducts and beams, installation of volleyball net sleeves and refinishing of select interior finishes, as indication on the drawings. Alternates have been indicated and can be found on the Bid Form.
