The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing HVAC equipment with associated ductwork in the Cafeteria and Gymnasium at Center Grove ES, Fernbrook ES, Ironia ES and Shongum ES. Provision of new HVAC equipment, along with associated ductwork and air conditioning, is included in the scope of work for those areas in all mentioned schools. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
