The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, reconfigure the existing teacher’s lounge to function as (1) new multi-fixture restroom, and reconfigure (1) existing multi-fixture restroom to function as the new Small Group Instruction
Space. All existing multi-fixture restrooms would be fully renovated to include new finishes on the walls, floors, and ceilings along with new fixtures, partitions, and accessories. New lighting and ventilation systems would be provided. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
Bidding Requirements:
Bids will be accepted from a single general contractor for a lump sum bid
