The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, Renovations of Firehouse 119 First Street to accommodate career firefighters. Existing floor plans shall be reconfigured in their entirety to accommodate new bunk room, kitchen, day room, weight room, locker room, restroom, etc. New finishes throughout, existing staircase to be relocated, existing Engine Room storage to be converted to new restroom. Existing MEP distribution throughout shall be modified, and new HVAC equipment be provided to accommodate new layout & program requirements.
