The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of existing elevator with a new elevator unit in kind. The existing elevator shaft and mechanical room will be re-used without any modification in size. The remaining components (e.g. visual, audible) will be replaced with new as part of the overall upgrades.
